Sucker Punch is an action fantasy thriller that promises its viewers two things: girls and explosions. And it delivers both. But behind the slur of short skirts and CGI effects hides a disturbing underlying story: Sucker Punch is about the life of a mind control slave who dissociates from reality [...]
(NaturalNews) The entertainment industry is no stranger to government propaganda campaigns, and the latest Hollywood flicks are no exception. A quick look at the trailer for the upcoming release of the movie Contagion (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4sYS...) reveals what appears to be a massive brainwashing campaign designed to prepare the American psyche for the next intentional release of a bioengineered virus -- and it also conveniently and subtly programs viewers into accepting the idea that vaccines might be the solution to a major, devastating disease outbreak.
This tactic is nothing new, of course. If you look back at the themes of major movie releases over the past several decades and compare them to what ends up taking place in the real world not too long after, it becomes eerily clear that Hollywood is deeply connected to the agendas of those that are now in control of various world governments, including the US government.
Many, if not most, movies released today appear to be nothing more than psychological manipulation designed to either dull the minds of the people into accepting a certain agenda, or to literally condition people's minds for upcoming disastrous events...[Full Article]
The idea of Bodyscanners and the New World Order was programmed in children's cartoons so that we would psychologically stand down and simply say "It's just like a movie" and accept it as a part of our new reality.
Wells "psychologically conditioned the public to accept the stages of the New World Order as if they were self-evident."

Is there any proof that events in the world are following a script? The question has intrigued me because many people with inside knowledge have told me of attending meetings where the script of the future was outlined, 200-yr. plans, 40-year plans, 20, 10, and 5-year plans.
The futuristic predictions of H.G. Wells (a socialist Masonic Prophet) prove that indeed much more is contrived than the man in the street could imagine...[Full Article]
Will he be back? - Could the dystopian future of Terminator still come true?
The date 21 April 2011 has been prophesied in the Terminator series as Judgement Day, when the machines rise up and bring about the end of human society as we know it.
Artificial intelligence clearly has not developed in quite the way James Cameron's science-fiction franchise predicted, but how close are we to the technologies he depicted?
Central to the Terminator series is the idea of Skynet, the United States's "Global Digital Defense Network", which develops self-awareness and begins a nuclear war.
Western military forces have long relied on networks to distribute information, such as the US Department of Defense's system for sharing top-secret information - the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System.
Yet despite the vast amounts of confidential data stored on such networks, the greatest military disaster to have occurred to date is probably Wikileaks's release of diplomatic cables.
Drones
More worrying to would-be members of "the resistance" is the rise of augmented systems and unmanned military technology.
Chris Cole, a campaigner who runs the Drone Wars UK website, said: "It's a fictional scenario... which we are some distance away from, but it's becoming easier to imagine because of the push towards speed.
"Military decision makers are saying we are too slow to react and we need to start handing over more decision making to machines.
"We should not go down this route, just like chemical weapons and biological weapons are regarded as being beyond the pale, we should be saying this about automated systems."
Of course for fans of the Terminator series, the real point of contention is the date Skynet will implement its attack against humanity.
In the original Terminator film Kyle Reese, played by Michael Biehn, is sent back in time from a post-apocalyptic future and tells how Skynet was installed on 4 August 1997 and gained its deadly self-awareness on 29 August.
This future was, however, altered in the second Terminator film, where the heroes succeed in destroying the research that led to the creation of Skynet.
But, as is conveniently revealed in the subsequent sequels, the apocalyptic future was not prevented but merely postponed.
Alternative futures
In the timeline shown in the TV show Sarah Connor Chronicles, we see a young Kyle watch as Skynet finally succeeds in launching missiles on 21 April 2011.
Man or machine? Arnold Schwarzenegger reinvented himself as governor of California
"Maybe Kyle, Sarah, John and the T-800 changed things enough to steer us away from that possible future."
He added: "Now instead of nuclear war we need to worry about global climate change.
"And the machines taking over? With everybody going through their lives bent over their Blackberrys all day long, you could even argue the machines have already won."
Mr Cameron's cinematic vision has, thankfully, not been borne out, but could there be a final twist in his tale?
To this day the UK's family of military satellites is still called Skynet - a name first coined in 1969 when the first one was built in the US.
A spokesman for Astrium, the company which builds them, said the name preceded the film and was probably a coincidence.
But he added it was just possible the director could have read something about the UK satellite system and adopted the name.

G.I. Joe is an iconic cartoon TV show that marked an entire generation of young boys during the 80s. Most fans still recall the main characters and the epic gun fights. But what about the storyline? A look at the TV series in today’s context is quite a strange experience: Many of Cobra’s “far-out” plots are actually happening today. Could G.I. Joe be a case of predictive programming? We will look at some G.I. Joe episodes describing the replacement of the US dollar and the usage of mind control on celebrities and civilians and see how they relate in today’s context.
As a guy who grew up in the 80s, I can personally attest that G.I. Joe was definitely on the menu in my after-school TV cartoon line-up. If you’re a younger reader, let me tell you this (at the risk of sounding like a grumpy uncle): G.I. Joe wasn’t your wimpy Dora the Explorer cartoon. It was a half-hour full of bad-ass characters face-kicking and laser-gun-shooting their way to victory. And that’s pretty much what I remembered of this TV show – laser-gun shootouts – until recently.
A reader of this site recommended I view a particular episode of the series called Money to Burn, which depicts in great detail a vital part of today’s NWO agenda (discussed later). I was in shock. So I watched other episodes in the series and this is what I saw: psychological warfare, tapping into occult forces to obtain political power, military research funded by huge corporations and mind control used on civilians and celebrities. The series pretty much summed up the entire contents of the Vigilant Citizen website. Most of the shady things are accomplished by Cobra Commander, the “bad-guy” of the show, who is a ruthless terrorist aiming for world domination. The Joes always managed to stop Cobra, however, dismantling his evil schemes in an orgy of laser-gun fire and spectacular explosions.
Cobra Commander angrily pointing at something.
Watching the shows today, however, was very unsettling: Because of open-access information laws and the Internet, it is slowly coming to light that today’s shadow governments are actually carrying out most of Cobra’s plans … in real life. News about these plans come on a daily basis in mainstream news (we do our best here at Vigilant Citizen to report them in Latest News section). Did G.I. Joe contain “predictive programming”, a technique based on planting ideas and concepts in the brains of viewers in order to make them seem normal and easily accepted when they actually happen?...
Predictive programming is a subtle form of psychological conditioning provided by the media to acquaint the public with planned societal changes to be implemented by TPTB. If and when these changes are put through, the public will already be familiarized with them and will accept them as 'natural progressions', as Alan Watt(*) calls it; thus lessening any possible public resistance and commotion. Predictive programming therefore may be considered as a veiled form of preemptive mass manipulation or mind control, courtesy of our puppet masters. (*)http://www.cuttingthroughthematrix.com/
Starring: Roddy Piper, Keith David, et al. Director: John Carpenter
The Plot
The ruling elite of the world are aliens in disguise, their aim being to keep humans in a state of mindless consumerism. Billboards, store signs, magazine covers--all bear subliminal messages to OBEY, to CONSUME, to have NO INDEPENDENT THOUGHT. Money itself says THIS IS YOUR GOD. But worst of all, with these glasses you see which of us are really hideous, bug-eyed aliens. And in case you haven't guessed yet, I'll let you in on a little secret: they're all Republicans!
This movie will appeal to anyone with a interest in politics as it is a classic example of the true nature of capitalism and the way in which its true goal is to set people against each other and to control the masses with consumerism.
Roddy Piper plays a drifter who hooks up with a bunch of shanty-town dwellers. Inadvertently he becomes aware of an alien conspiracy which has been in effect on Earth for years. Produced while Carpenter’s career seemed to be in a lull, this is nevertheless one of his most enjoyable outings; a snappy-paced romp that stays offbeat until its closing frames. What’s probably most appealing about THEY LIVE is that it confines its global-conspiracy storyline to a radius of a few miles and a timespan of a few days. Carpenter, taking a cue from his own favorite SF films of the 50s, realizes that he doesn’t need to play it big – further proof that his best work is with restricted budgets. Consequently, the most memorable moments are the simplest: Piper taking a slow walk down the block, newly aware that it is replete with aliens; Piper and work buddy Keith David stubbornly duking it out in an alley; Piper being struck by a woman he has taken hostage.
THEY LIVE is based on a (very) short story by Ray Nelson but also borrows from the Devourers in Fritz Leiber’s Lankhmar stories, positing aliens not as intergalactic warlords or rapacious monsters, but as the ultimate force in asset stripping and insider trading. In this scenario, Earth will be destroyed economically.
The twist is that most of the population are unknowingly contributing to its downfall.
Carpenter throws in references to various forms of mass inculcation: subliminal persuasion, Communism (which the human rebels are branded in order to turn the public against them), propaganda, evangelism (the rebels broadcast from a church, and one of them is a street preacher), and most pointedly, consumerism. With this in mind, the invaders are credited as ghouls in the end titles – those who would feed off the dead. It points the direction of the film’s satire: that media-induced conformity has left us so drained of individuality/vitality that we have let ourselves become ripe for the harvesting (Since Carpenter has already worked with aliens, vampires, and ghosts, THEY LIVE could be seen as his ‘zombie’ picture).
The scenes of SWAT teams and black helicopters moving in on innocent people to dissipate them and uphold the crippling Capitalist system is reminiscent of the events in Seattle in 1999 and Genoa in 2001.
As with all Carpenter’s films, this one is great to look at – he prefers to take his horror out of the shadows and into the hyper-real with sharp, clear photography and sparkling color. Again, Carpenter contributes a businesslike, pulsating score (a touch bluesy this time around), and tosses in a minor trademark by having the characters watching an old horror movie on television. THEY LIVE has some shocks and violence but is mostly great fun – it’s no coincidence that Carpenter counts it among his own favorites.
On March 4, 2001, Rupert Murdoch's FOX Television aired the pilot episode of an X-Files spin-off series called "The Lone Gunman" (The title is taken from the name of a team of investigative reporters' government watchdog newspaper). The program depicts a staged hijacking of a passenger aircraft by a hostile faction in the U.S Government, who take control of the plane by remote control and attempt to fly it into one of the twin towers of the World Trade Center. The reason given for this false-flag operation is explained below by John byers' father Betranm, a government insider who's recently discovered the plot, but is reluctant to expose it to the rest of the world... ---------------------------------- John Byers: What is Scenario 12-D? We know it's a war game scenario, that it has to do with airline counter terrorism. Why is it important enough to kill for? Bertram Byers: Because it's no longer a game. John Byers: But if a terrorist group wants to act out this scenario, then why target you for assassination? Bertram Byers: Depends on who your terrorists are. John Byers: The men who conceived of it in the first place. You're saying our government plans to commit a terrorist act against a domestic airline? Bertram Byers: There you go, indicting the entire government as usual. It's a faction. A small faction. John Byers: For what possible gain? Bertram Byers: The Cold War's over, John. But with no clear enemy to stockpile it against, the arms markets flat. But bring down a fully loaded 727 into the middle of New York City, and you'll find a dozen tin-pot dictators all over the world just clamoring to take responsibility, and begging to be smart-bombed. John Byers: I can't believe it. This is about increasing arms sales? [...] John Byers: How are you going to stop them? Why didn't you tell the world this? Go to the Press. Bertram Byers: You think I'd still be drawing breath 30 minutes after I made that call? The Press? Who's gonna run this story? [...] Bertram Byers: I'm doing what I can, John. I don't have all the specifics on Scenario 12-D, but I think I know the flight they've chosen. ---------------------------------- Despite the uncanny similarities between "The Lone Gunman" pilot episode and 9/11, it seems to have quietly fallen down the memory hole of the estimated 13.2 million viewers who reportedly watched it when it was originally broadcast on March 4, 2001, just 6 months prior to 9/11. Interestingly enough, U.S. government officials including President George W. Bush made public statements after 9/11 claiming they could never have imagined that terrorists would hijack planes and fly them into buildings. However, it's now known that government agencies planned for and even simulated hijacked planes flying into buildings, including the World Trade Center leading up to 9/11: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g6KbUp... Discovery Channel's apocalyptic reality TV show, The Colony, enters its second season with what might be the most dire sign yet for where our civilization is headed. It is the latest in a long-standing history of predictive programming from Hollywood.
Hollywood is the magician's wand (holly-holy) which has been used to cast a spell on the unsuspecting public. Things or ideas which would otherwise be seen as bizarre, vulgar, undesirable or impossible are inserted into films in the realm of fantasy. When the viewer watches these films, his/her mind is left open to suggestion and the conditioning process begins. These same movies which are designed to program the average person, can give the discerning viewer a better understanding of the workings and the plan of the world agenda. -- Alan Watt
The Colony is an "experiment" where people are forced to live in a world minus even the most basic necessities, while being harassed by their fellow suffering man. In Season Two, colonists begin the ordeal with a 72-hour quarantine, followed by a government agency airlift to a "way station" that is the site of their rebuilding of society. They are given enough supplies for one week, and basically told to have a nice day.
Hollywood has a history of involvement with the New World Order as a visual think tank of future scenarios. Viewed through this lens, the "experiment" is not to test the orchestrated reality of the characters placed in a survival situation, but to test the viewing public about what reality they will accept after certain predetermined events take place.
Predictive programming exists in all mediums, but it is Hollywood where the greatest numbers of people gather for passive entertainment...
More than a few people have noted the Illuminati symbolism in the film “Knowing” starring Nicholas Cage (see a run-down here). But as the video below demonstrates, there may also be predictive programming in the film in regard to the recent oil rig explosion in the Gulf of Mexico.
I haven’t been this emotionally invested in the video games I’m playing since, well, maybe forever.
That is, I’ve spent the last week playing two games that have left me gripping my controller so tightly I thought my fingers might permanently seize into hooks. While playing, I found myself shouting out loud not to mention fighting back tears. And when I’ve finally unclenched my fingers and put the controller down at night, these games have skittered about in my dreams.
The thing is, I can’t get “Alan Wake” and “Heavy Rain” out of my head.
Even if you don't consider yourself a gamer, if you love a good thriller — and more importantly if you love good story telling — then these two video games are something you absolutely shouldn't miss.
In February, Sony launched "Heavy Rain" for the PS3 — a game that puts players into the shoes of a struggling father and on the trail of a serial killer who’s killing children. And next week Microsoft will launch "Alan Wake" — a thriller about a novelist with a bad case of writer's block, a missing wife and some seriously nasty career problems to contend with.
These two games have said goodbye to the tired alien invasions and over-the-top fantasy stories so often found in video games. Instead, they peer into the dark reaches of the very real human heart to deliver stories that are thrilling, chilling and utterly absorbing...
