This is the shocking moment a bullied, overweight teenager turned the tables on his tormentor with a stunning wrestling move.
The footage, apparently shot on a mobile phone by another child, shows one boy picking on another at a school in New South Wales, Australia.
The bully then punches his victim - identified only as Casey - in the face and stomach while a group of pupils laugh and egg him on.

Two girls can be seen standing watching the incident, but do nothing as the bully punches the chubby boy repeatedly.
During the incident, the smaller boy squares up to Casey and said: 'Have you been talking s***?'
Backed up against a wall, Casey responds: 'I haven't been talking s***.'
The bully continues to torment his victim until something snaps inside him and he lashes out.
He grabs his attacker and wrestles with him, before spinning him around 360 degrees and slamming him to the ground in a wrestling move.

Onlookers gasp in shock as the bully crashes to the concrete ground and then staggers to his feet apparently dazed by the impact.
One of the bully's friends then moves to confront Casey, but is stopped by a girl who warned: 'I think you need to back off.'
The footage of the brave victim has become an internet sensation, already attracting hundreds of thousands of views on You Tube.
Taken at Chifley College Dunheved Campus, in St Mary's North, a Facebook page has also been set up in Casey's honour dubbed 'Casey the Punisher'.

Parents have written in support of the teenager, who was suspended after the incident.
One said: 'The larger kid on the right is my son's friend Casey - thankfully they don't go to the same school.
'Poor Casey has been bullied his whole high school life and this is what happens when he snaps.
But guess who got suspended in this scenario - Casey!'
Another parent added: 'In this footage it shows a boy trying to bash him, and him trying to leave the fight.
'The boy starts to punch him in the face and so Casey reacts and hit him back.
'See what happens when kids who are bullied have had enough!'
A spokesman for the NSW Department of Education and Training said the school 'does not tolerate any violence and deals with all cases according to its community-agreed discipline code'.
She added: 'Both students in a fight at the school shown on the internet have been suspended... the only injury sustained was a grazed knee.'
It is understood the suspensions are for four days but further action may be taken after school completes an investigation of the incident.

Unconscious Patients Intrusively Probed Without Consent by Australian Medical Students

AUSTRALIAN medical students are carrying out intrusive procedures on unconscious and anaesthetised patients without gaining the patient's consent.
The unauthorised examinations include genital, rectal and breast exams, and raise serious questions about the ethics of up-and-coming doctors, Madison reports.
The research, soon to be published in international medical journal, Medical Education, describes - among others - a student with "no qualms" about performing an anal examination on a female patient because she didn't think the woman's consent was relevant.
Another case outlined in the research describes a man who was subjected to rectal examinations from a "queue" of medical students after he was anaesthetised for surgery...

We could have all responded like rational human beings and grieved for the deceased (35 in all). Instead, militant anti-gun activists viewed the massacre as an opportunity, and set out to punish freedom.
Hitler supported gun control. So did Stalin. Still, our activists were bent on portraying the gun-tolerant United States as the real menace. “Australia doesn’t want to end up like the Wild West,” went one common argument.
Yet, in 2011, I’m compelled to ask: When will we learn from our mistakes and admit we were wrong? And I ask this question because many Australians are victims of violence. In contrast, for criminals and their enablers, “gun control” is the gift that keeps on giving...

Swine flu shots in Australia, the first country to offer the vaccine nationally, were spurned by a majority of people mostly because they didn’t consider the pandemic virus a serious health risk, a government report found.
A survey by the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare found 18.1 percent of the population, or about 3.9 million people, were vaccinated against the new H1N1 flu strain by the end of February, five months after immunizations began. More than half of all adult Australians said they didn’t intend to get the shot, according to the institute in Canberra.
“The major barriers to vaccination uptake included the perceived problems with the vaccine (such as side effects and the vaccine was unsafe) and the perception that swine flu is not a serious health risk,” the institute said in a statement today...

The Australian government is set to intensify its war against Internet freedom by forcing web users to install state-approved anti-virus software. If they fail to do so, they will be denied an Internet connection, or if their computer is later infected, the user’s connection will be terminated.
“AUSTRALIANS would be forced to install anti-virus and firewall software on their computers before being allowed to connect to the internet under a new plan to fight cyber crime. And if their computer did get infected, internet service providers like Telstra and Optus could cut off their connection until the problem was resolved,” reports News.com.au.
A 260-page report released by the House of Representatives Standing Committee on Communications outlines a plan to mandate Internet users to install government-approved software before their Internet connection can be activated.
Of course, the vast majority of Internet users already use anti-virus software, but by creating the precedent of having to conform to government mandates simply to get online, this opens the door to later requiring government permission to use the Internet at all, as well as a Chinese-style ID verification system which will prevent “undesirables” from using the web.
It also makes it easier for the government to use the law to subsequently demand that a mandatory Internet filter also be installed as part of the software package that blocks websites deemed “offensive” to the authorities.
Efforts to place restrictions on the internet are unfolding apace in Australia where the government is implementing a mandatory and wide-ranging Internet filter modeled on that of the Communist Chinese government.
Australian communication minister Stephen Conroy said the government would be the final arbiter on what sites would be blacklisted under “refused classification.”
The official justification for the filter is to block child pornography, however, as the watchdog group Electronic Frontiers Australia has pointed out, the law will also allow the government to block any website it desires while the pornographers can relatively easily skirt around the filters.
Earlier this year, the Wikileaks website published a leaked secret list of sites slated to be blocked by Australia’s state-sponsored parental filter.
The list revealed that blacklisted sites included “online poker sites, YouTube links, regular gay and straight porn sites, Wikipedia entries, euthanasia sites, websites of fringe religions such as satanic sites, fetish sites, Christian sites, the website of a tour operator and even a Queensland dentist.”
The filter will even block web-based games deemed unsuitable for anyone over the age of fifteen, according to the Australian government.
Senator Joe Lieberman on Sunday called for the United States to move towards a a Chinese-style system of Internet control. Under Lieberman’s 197-page Protecting Cyberspace as a National Asset Act (PDF), President Obama would be given a ‘kill switch’ to shut down parts of the Internet.
Constant fearmongering about cyber attacks is the cover for a global assault on Internet freedom by authorities. The web is being overtaken by independent media outlets which are now beginning to eclipse establishment news organs. This has enabled activists and the politically oppressed to expose government atrocities and cover-ups at lightning pace, something the system is keen to curtail.

The Australian communications minister has labelled internet search giant Google "creepy" and said that the company's collection of wireless network data through its Street View service was the single biggest breach of privacy in history.
Earlier this month, Google announced it had discovered that the roving cars it uses to create its online mapping services were inadvertently gathering data on people's website use over unsecured wireless networks.
Google apologised, but the admission caused alarm across the globe.
Germany's consumer protection said that Google had acted "illegally" and failed to show respect for the privacy of its citizens. The UK Information Commissioner has asked Google to delete information gathered on British citizens as soon as possible.
Now Stephen Conroy, Australia's minister for broadband, communications and the digital economy, has told a senate committee that Google deliberately decided to collect the private information.
Mr Conroy, whose plan to implement an internet filter in Australia has been strongly criticised by Google, blamed the company's CEO Eric Schmidt.
"I think the approach taken by Mr Schmidt is a bit creepy frankly," Mr Conroy said.
"When it comes to their attitude to their own censorship, their response is simply, 'trust us'. That is what they actually state on their website: 'Trust us'."...

MELBOURNE—CSL Ltd. halted Australian distribution of its pediatric influenza vaccine Friday and launched an investigation after Australian authorities linked influenza injections to severe adverse reactions in young children.
Meanwhile, shares in the big maker of vaccines and plasma products fell 7.3% Friday, in what traders attributed to unrelated worries about the market after U.S. rival Baxter International Inc. on Thursday slashed its full-year outlook. CSL said it didn't have any reason to alter its previous guidance.
CSL, one of the world's largest influenza vaccine manufacturers, halted vaccine distribution Friday following reports that children have suffered seizures and high fevers after their injections. A company spokeswoman said the injection at the center of the concern was a seasonal vaccine that immunized children against three influenza strains, including H1N1, also known as swine flu.
Australian Chief Medical Officer Jim Bishop suspended influenza vaccinations for all children under five years old. He said health authorities are seeking more information from CSL, the manufacturer, and to confirm which batches of vaccine were used in Western Australia.
Dr. Bishop said the action was a precaution "due to a spike in the number of young children in Western Australia experiencing fever and convulsions following seasonal flu vaccinations."...

Apr 23, 2010 (CIDRAP News) – Australia's chief medical officer asked providers to stop giving children under age 5 the seasonal flu vaccine made by CSL Ltd after receiving reports of fever and convulsions in kids in Western Australia who had recently been immunized.
The country's drug regulatory agency, the Therapeutic Good Administration (TGA), is investigating the reports and will test samples of the vaccine that CSL has agreed to provide, Bloomberg News reported today.
CSL, an Australia-based flu vaccine producer, said in a statement today it was urgently investigating the reports along with federal and state health officials and that it has stopped distributing its pediatric vaccine to reduce the risk of inadvertent administration to children younger than 5. CSL is Australia's only flu vaccine producer, but it is one of several companies that supply seasonal flu vaccine for the Australian market.
CSL's trivalent seasonal flu vaccine covers three flu strains, including pandemic H1N1.
Over the past month, 22 children from the state were hospitalized after experiencing febrile convulsions within 12 hours of receiving the vaccine, The West Australian reported today. Health officials added that one child became seriously ill, and it was still unclear if the vaccine was the cause of the children's symptoms...
